Qiick to take CASH to stop the courthouse sale of my home. After that, never saw him personally again. Sent a PA to my initial hearing and he was an hour late, so no time for consulting prior to the hearing. No response when cc'd by the court when I was having trouble making payments after a year. Ca...lled twice within three weeks and was promised a call back from Bryan, never got one. I finally called back to see what my options were and they essentially fired me as a client. Last thing. When I decdied to hire them, after my initial $750 CASH down payment, I was never apprised of the total cost of their Chapter 13 service . I finally found out when I was tracking my distributions on line, and it was well over any reasonable fee that I researched after the fact. Very disappointed.
