Probate - Elective Share for a Spouse
Contacted Mr. Callender for a free consultation concerning filing an elective share claim for a spouse. We never discussed the reason for the free consultation because he became fixated on the method used to obtain legal guardianship of the spouse. Replied last March 23, 2016This was posted not by a client, but by a prospective client. In the course of an initial interview with a prospective client, it is useful to determine whether he or she will answer direct questions about pertinent matters within his or her narrative. Failure to respond indicates that our communication styles are not compatible. I regret that this poster had an experience that left her unsatisfied.
