I have been in private practice for over 30 years. I started out in this profession as an Assistant State Attorney, in the Office of the Honorable Ed Austin. Was a great experience. Definitely eye opening & thought provoking-the criminal law arena. Very memorable events & people including Judges, Public Defenders, Defense attys., Bailiffs & Court personnel. Once in private practice, I represent clients in traffic matters-including CDL tickets, criminal defense, family law & bankruptcies. Over the last 10 yrs. I have been the primary atty in Fla. for a CDL legal ins. firm. I've handled CDL tickets in 65 Counties so far. This has allowed me to work with Drivers from all over the Country & with Deputies & Troopers all over Fla. And, of course, also with Judges & Hearing Officers, & Assist. Clerks. I have a network of competent traffic attorneys that help with my Clients' cases & use my office to cover their cases in No. Fla. Thus, I am able to handle any drivers' traffic matters in any Fla. County.

“This was an unethical, false & frivolous case brought by a corrupt Bar prosecutor. He may have personal mental health problems (he sued Fl Bar for discrim.-Leon County). This was vindictive to assist others in Fla. legal comm. as I exposed blatant unethical actions by some judges, Gen Mag. & a well connected ct. reporter in the fam. law case. He lied in the Complaint. We had a trial. Judge refused to grant the outrageous request of suspension. I'll be taking legal action to have this removed.”

“This involved a personal conflict with client who I had successfully represented on a criminal case. Then, she needed a BR case. I was preparing the docs. She needed amendments. She complained it took too long. I was deceived by career Bar atty into agreement to resolve the matter. I have reason to believe Bar atty either had a personal vendetta towards me or was carrying the water for some judicial members as result of my divorce case that I appealed, won & exposed unethical conduct.”
