bad advice

If you don't care about your case then this is the attorney for you. He won"t fight for your case but just tell you to settle, settle, settle, you will not be informed about anything going on and he is behind on just about everything going on in your case. He wont be taking your case to trial even if... it is required and will leave you if he doesn't like the way its going knowing that once he leaves no other attorney will pick up your case because workers comp will make them split the fee. His end goal is to force you to settle and get his check and you get throne under a bus by your employer's comp carrier. also hire a bankrupt attorney so you can file all the debt you will be in when he done with you.

Terry Byrd is Above and Beyond

I hired Terry Byrd to represent me and truly glad I did. Very professional, timely and above all, ethical. He and his staff, unlike the process itself, made me feel like a person of value. He truly went above and beyond my expectations.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
