I am writing as a former lawyer who never thought he would need the services/expertise of another attorney. Attny. Clark's knowledge, expertise and candidness reminded me why this is - actually - a noble profession.

Best team of Lawyers
The best team of lawyers in Maritime affairs. Anything concerning the Merchant Marine world they are knowledgeable about. They are very detailed and maintained a very personal relationship with me during and after my case. I would refer them to anyone looking for a Maritime Lawyer.

A very good Marine lawyer
A my old law firm Dwayne worked for me doing marine work as well as other trial work. When he moved to Jacksonville I continued to work with Dwayne as local counsel and to refer local Jacksonville work. He is well respected by the judges and lawyers in Jacksonville. He is gets the work done on time and in a manner that gets the best result for the client at a reasonable cost. Knows many people in the marine field in Jacksonville when we need to consult with outside experts. I have always found Dwayne to be on top of new developments in the marine law and a pleasure to work with.

M/Y Whitecloud Debt Settlement
We did some repairs on a yacht, when job was finished the boat captain refused to make final payment. We contacted Mr. Clark, explained the situation and asked him to represent us in the handling of this matter. He always kept us apprised of the situation and emailed us all correspondence between himself, the owners and the boat captain. We knew what was going on at all times. We are very pleased with the way Mr. Clark handled this case and would not hesitate to use his services again if needed and would recommend him highly. Mr. Clark was very professional and knowledgeable in the handeling of this case.

Great Lawyers
I give Clark & Watson my highest endorsement. They represented me years ago in a Jones Act case. I am a merchant seaman and suffered a serious personal injury. They got a fantastic settlement for me and allowed me to get my life back together. I would higly recommend Dwayne Clark and Kristen Watson to any personal injury client, especially in maritime cases!!

"I admire and endorse Dwayne Clark as an attorney. Dwayne Clark was a professor of mine when I was in law school and he talked a lot about his law practice. I dreamed of operating a firm with the same diligence and passion that he discussed with my class. He is willing to zealously advocate for his clients and is not afraid to work hard to ensure his job is done right. When an attorney is willing to proofread petitions and other court documents and have them reviewed again by his partner, you know he is an attorney who cares not only about his work but about his clients. I highly recommend anyone who is seeking a Maritime attorney to contact Clark & Watson, P.A. If Dwayne Clark can help, he will."

"I endorse this lawyer. When I had my first admiralty case (in California) I needed some advice from experienced admiralty attorneys. Florida has the country's most active admiralty bar and the Florida Bar suggested I call Mr. Clark. I did and Mr. Clark was very generous with his time in giving valuable advice."
