Biography
William J. Scott has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1986 and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, He went to law school at the University of Florida. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. His practice involves the litigation of serous personal injury cases, including medical malpractice; nursing home injuries; injuries from defective products including sports equipement and motor vehicles, injuries arising from inadequate security at apartment complexes, schools, shopping center, hotels and businesses. Mr. Scott has successfully litigated cases against Ford Motor Company, Firestone Tire Company, Allstate Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance Company, and other large corporations. He has tried numerous cases and handled numerous appeals in both Florida and Georgia. His office is located in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, Florida.
