Have been General Counsel to an acute care and psychiatric hospital representing them before state regulatory agencies, medicare audits and issues, accreditation agencies, represented doctors in privileges and practice issues and joint ventures, and labs and other investments, and in multitude of medical owned or medical related facilities and staffing issues, drug use or improper dispensing in health care settings, setting up programs and getting architectural approvals, licenses/pemits plus.

AIA (architect) and other design contracts preparation and representation, pre-suit claims and negotiations and litigation in construction related matters, included improper design and construction and litigation (including wrongful death defense related to construction defects) and landlord-tenant structural change disputes and property insurer litigation concerned repairs by insurance provided contractor defects.

Litigation in Federal Courts and State Courts and EEOC claims for constitutional rights violations (equal protection and due process and anti trust and other violations) done in Miami, Tampa and Jacksonville. Usually represented employees and doctors and some affirmative action and defensive plans advice to corporations.

Represent Franchises in setting up franchise laws, franchise contracts and polices and FTC regulations compliance.
