Charles (Charlie) Jimerson is the Founder and CEO of Jimerson Birr, a Florida-based business law firm built around an unfashionable idea: Lawyers should make their clients' lives easier, not more expensive. For over two decades, Charlie has acted as outside counsel for businesses of every size. He gets deals over the line, leads high-stakes litigation teams, advises executives and boards through pressure moments, and steps in when things start to break.

A Florida native, Charlie enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as a Combat Meteorologist supporting worldwide operational missions. He became the youngest operationally certified meteorological forecaster in Air Force history and was named Airman of the Year. He earned his B.B.A. summa cum laude from Campbell University and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
