Brian grew up in Jacksonville, where he attended The Bolles School. Thereafter, he received a Bachelor in Science degree from Florida State University with a major in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
After college, Brian moved to Detroit, Michigan. While there, he attended and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, earning honors as a finalist in the Advanced Appellate Advocacy Competition. During his time in law school, he had the privilege of interning with The Law Firm of Pajcic &Pajcic here in Jacksonville, where he received training and experience in personal injury litigation.
Upon graduation from law school, Brian began his legal career with The Office of the Public Defender where he handled cases ranging from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies punishable by life imprisonment. He has handled countless motion hearings, sentencing hearings, and depositions and has participated in over 25 jury trials.
He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys tennis, music, traveling and being a husband and father.
