I had incurred several traffic violations that caused me to lose my license and potentially face prison time. I simply hoped Tj Bryant and his firm could keep me out of jail or worse. They did more than that they were able to even get me my license back. Class, pure class. Up there with the best of them.
Very insightful backed with experience and integrity.
My first contact with the Law office of Ellis and Bryant was via phone. I called and was greeted by Ms. Ellis, right off the bat that was a great first impression. I explained my circumstance to her and after listening she invited me to the office for a better understanding of my situation and what I was looking for.
Once I arrived at the office I was greeted by both Ms. Ellis and Mr. Bryant. After listening to my concerns they both explained to me the different avenues that could be taken and some possible scenarios that could play out.
After leaving the office I knew I had made the right choice choosing Elli and Bryant their honest and in-depth knowledge gave me a new perspective about my circumstance. Not only were they looking out for me but also my family and things that could play out in the future. On my ride home I received a phone call from Ms. Ellis letting me know if I had any further questions or concerns to feel free to call either one of them any time.
The honesty and knowledge of these two individuals helped me tremendously, I’m happy with the choice I made and if ever a problem arises in the future I can guarantee I will be contacting them again for help. Thank you both very much Brain

Hired TJ for my daughter's case
We had an excellent experience with TJ as our Lawyer. I couldn't be happier with the out come for my daughter's case. He was able to have her new charges along with her violatation of probation dropped. I highly recommend TJ to anyone who is looking for an honest & hard working lawyer. Thank you again TJ for your excellent service!

Horrible Experience, Stay Away!
I had to fire Samantha Ellis and Gary Bryant soon after hiring them because I felt they were mishandling my case, lacking in communication and competence, not doing what was discussed, not providing me with billing statements, and taking too long to get anything done. They also kept my entire retainer fee, and never provided me with any billing statements even after I fired them. I regret ever having anything to do with them, and feel like I was robbed after dealing with them. Stay away!

"I know Mr. Bryant to be an excellent trial lawyer. In my experience, he is always well prepared, highly knowledgeable of the law, and willing to stand up to adversity. I endorse him."
"I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bryant in both Duval and Clay Counties. At the time, he was an Assistant State Attorney and I was an Assistant Public Defender. Although we both had large caseloads, I could rely on Mr. Bryant to be prepared. As a defense lawyer it is important to face a prosecutor who is not only smart but also compassionate. My experiences with Mr. Bryant were always positive and I'm confident he will serve his clients well."
