Met Mr. Simmons when I was working a company that he was asked to represent. He was very unprofessional when sending us emails with no letter head or signatures. He was use as puppet made to believe accusation about the clients without looking into the situation fully. He will also scare tactic to tr...y to get confessions from the clients as well. I WOULD NOT use him to represent MY DOG.

This fraudulent and unknowledgeable attorney was finally SUSPENDED by the Florida Bar after several complaints were filed and investigated and found to be true raging from neglecting his clients, not following client's wishes, not filing documents timely & missing deadlines, lying to clients & partne...ring up with 3rd parties that were not attorneys but that he would introduce as attorneys & legal experts to his clients in order to defraud clients of funds while not providing the services the clients were paying for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT ATTORNEY & ANYONE HE MIGHT REFER!!!!!!
