Excellent - Explained the details and was very cost effective

Rob met my wife and I at my office and went over the details of our complicated Estate Plan, including provisions for our three children. He then raised various issues we did not think of prior to his consulation. Then he quickly prepared our documents and met with us to finalize. We were comforte...d to know that a plan is in place. Rob has also helped my family with various planning issues. He knows what he is doing.

Beware of attorneys who don't want to be recorded.

I received correspondence from Robert "You better not be recording me" Miller. That correspondence stated the personal representative (Wells Fargo) had no knowledge of any real estate owned by our deceased mother. Thing is our mother owned several properties. When I spoke with Mr. Miller it seemed ...he wanted to confuse things more than they are already confused. He suggested he could set up a call between myself and Wells Fargo. I informed him that might be good if we had all beneficiaries on the line and we recorded the call. Mr. Miller then become very emotional and agitated over the idea he himself he might have been recorded. His tone was threatening. When an attorney is billing the account for $470/hr on an open ended contract don't you think you should have the right to record?????
