Win, Win for me!

Mr. Rowe always takes care of my tickets and keeps the points off my License. Keeping my insurance rates low. It's a win, win situation for me, cause I get to keep driving and my License.

Transaman

I received a speeding ticket in 1 of my many red collector T/A's by a FHP on I-95 in 5:00pm traffic on a friday, but I wasnt even speeding at the time, I had been boxed in heavy traffic when I noticed a red Jaguar weaving in & out of traffic at a high rate of speed. After being pulled over I question...ed the trooper on my lack of speed and informed him that I wasnt speeding and that I had been boxed in, but I clearly saw the red Jaguar speeding and driving wreckless. He told me that I would have the opportunity to defend myself in a court of law. I was given Mr. Rowes name by a friend and immediately contacted him to set an appointment. He was very punctual on our scheduled time, was very reasonable, and seemed well informed on traffic laws, so I hired him. He had the ticket thrown out of court and that was GREAT!!!

Speeding ticket

I had the good fortune to be referred Mr. Rowe by a friend I know in Jacksonville, FL I rec'd a speeding ticket that I really should not have. The cop stopped me and all the while other cars were speeding along with me. I asked the cop why he asked why he chose to pull me over and went into some ...spiel about have I ever been dove or quail hunting. I said yes, both. He said "which bird do shoot for" I said the one I can get the best lead on. He said "that's why I pulled you over, You were the slowest speeder in the bunch"! I contacted Mr. Rowe and told him exactly what you just read. He told what his fee would be and there was no guaranty, but he'd give it his best shot. I couldn't arrange to deliver his fee, so I had a courier bring it to his office. Mr Rowe contacted me and advised me of the court date and naturally, I had to be in Texas for a meeting & asked him if I had to even be there anyway. He asked for a limited POA and I had one drawn up and notarized here. And once again had a courier deliver it to his office. Next time I heard from Mr. Rowe he'd gotten the case thrown out. I don't know how or why and I don't care. He won and the cop was admonished for conduct unbecoming an officer.

Prior to moving from MD to NE FL, in 2012, and, up to the time I was stopped by Clay Co. police, I had 0 points on my 2012-2021, FL Driver's License that also documented my "safe driver" status. All that changed in Oct., 2018 when, within less than a month's time, I was stopped 3 times, and, from my... perspective, randomly charged with speeding--even though I was traveling at a rate consistent with the rest of the traffic. I believe I had been targeted; I am a Black professional woman. This impression was solidified when shortly after getting the last ticket, I was stopped, when leaving my gated community, by a Clay Co. police officer. After having been contacted by Atty. Rowe, via USPS, with a standard marketing letter that advised of the availability of legal services through his office, I made the call. His assistants heard the details of my situation. Atty. Rowe acted on my behalf in Court. The first ticket was dismissed. The 2 subsequent ones resulted in adjudication being witheld. No points have been assessed on my license. Of course, ideally, I wish that the last 2 tickets had also been dismissed but the results obtained by Atty. Rowe, in Clay Co. Court, were certainly better than the alternative--points and substantial fines or possibly revocation of my driver's license altogether. I appreciate his advocacy on my behalf and the fact that no points have been assessed against my driver's license. I would recommend this attorney to advocate for individuals seeking relief before the Clay Co. Court system. I am witholding my personal e-M address to protect my privacy because it is self-identifying.

Waste of Time

I received a speeding ticket in an apparent sting on the Arlington Expressway. For those who are not aware, the speed limit on the Arlington Expressway is 50mph except for a VERY short segment of the road between the Mathews Bridge and Cesery Blvd, 45mph. Be very careful not to speed between these po...ints. I hired Mr Rowe, hoping to get the ticket dismissed. The signage for that segment of the road is inadequate. I paid an upfront fee of $89 in exchange for Mr Rowe's office to "fight" the ticket on my behalf. The result was disappointing. The ticket was not dismissed, but points were withheld. I was charged $75 in court fees. The original ticket was only $129. If I elected to take the 4 hour online driving school (also resulting in points being withheld), the cost is approximately $9. The total, if I handled this myself, would've been $138. The total having Mr Rowe do whatever it is he did is $164. I wasted $26 for what seems like nothing. If you receive a minor traffic infraction (i.e. a ticket for 54mph in a 45mph zone [when you think it is a 50mph zone]), don't waste your time and money hiring Mr Rowe. The office will not have sympathy for your waste of time and money. I recommend paying the ticket and taking the class online. AND... drive safely and mind the speed limit.
