I have been a practicing Attorney in the State of Florida for over 23 years. My knowledge, years of experience and dedication have helped to contribute to my success in helping my clients. I will demand discovery and review of your case to the fullest that the law allows. My commitments to my clients based upon review is to move to get your case dismissed, go to trial or arrange for a plea that can be made based on your case.
I have handled many major cases that range from conspiracy, import of seventeen tons of marijuana, to driving with a suspended license. I have personally handled over eighteen thousand traffic citations right here in the First Coast. Great Lawyer
I have a CDL LICENSE called Mr Rowe about my ticket he spoke with me about it I paid fee of $99 dollars we went to count. and the ticket was DISMISSED AND I HAD NO EXTRA MONEY TO PAY TO THE COURT. HE fought for me all the way. I would RECOMMEND him to anyone. GREAT LAWYER.

This guy is awesome
I have not been the best driver so Mr. Rowe had his work cut out for him, but he made it happen. He got me off of a leaving the scene with damage with no points and no money to be paid. This guy is good.

Great Attorney
I hired Mr. Rowe to handle my ticket in Duval county. Mr. Rowe got my ticket dismissed and i didn't have to pay any extra fees. His staff was very nice and knowledgeable about everything.
