Hired Mr. Rowe's office. They were quick to charge me their fee and told me they needed my driving history. The time it took me the driving history, they had already sent me confirmation from the court that I had to pay court fees (same amount as ticket $300). When I sent them the driving history, th...ey never mentioned that case was closed. They did not fight at all for me, just got the case over with and I ended up paying more than the ticket itself. Bad communication, not professional. Avoid this traffic lawyer in the Jacksonville area.

I had an easy case and all I did was waist my money with him. I paid him 500.00 which finding out a year later my restitution was only 430.00 that I in the end had to pay. He never communicated with me. I always had to call him. Honestly he did nothing but pass court dates for a YEAR. I will not reco...mmend him nor will I ever use his services again. I am so displeased with his company.

Hired Jonathan Rowe to defend my speeding ticket based off the letter he mailed to me. He told me he has many speeding tickets dismissed and the week before all of his traffic violations were dismissed by the judge. I am now in a worse position than if I had handled the ticket myself and I paid $480 ...MORE than if I handled it myself. Don't end up in my situation by hiring this lawyer.

Long story short- I live in Gainesville and I got a ticket for going through a yellow light and as I went through it it changed to red. The car behind me was unfortunately a cop and regardless of the fact that the light was yellow (which he had to have seen) he gave me a ticket for running a red lig...ht. I called my dad to see what to do and he said to hire a lawyer- something he had had success with in Miami. After my ticket I got many letters for lawyers yet decided to go with Jonathan Rowe because every time I called his office I got to talk to a receptionist immediately and not a machine or hold line. In the end I spent $100 for a lawyer that didn't fight for me at all. I still had to pay the full ticket price ($250) and take a 4-hour driving course ($30). Honestly in Miami the benefit of hiring a lawyer is that there is so much going on bigger than the trivial quota of traffic tickets that the cop for the case doesn't show and the case gets dismissed (which has happened for my dad). But in Gainesville the cops have nothing better to do than show up for court and on top of that if you hire Jonathan Rowe you literally will be throwing money down the drain. He and his associates will not fight for you and you will have to do both driving school AND pay the full original fine. Basically his service will do nothing and add $100 to whatever you already had to pay. Seriously I never write reviews but I had to write this because on top of getting a stupid ticket the lawyer experience with Rowe was really that terrible and I wish I would not have wasted my money.
