I was so glad that I had Henry, and my case manager Allison with me during a very rough and traumatic time in my life. I did not have a clue as to what I needed, or could do as far as my WC issue. Henry told me from the start that if I needed to contact him about anything to just call, and I did a f...ew times, and he always responded in good time.
