Henry Pierce Mowry

I fell down stairs while at work. I hired Henry as my attorney. I truly can not say enough good things about him. He was professional, yet very empathetic to my situation. He was so kind and very patient. His assistant, Alison,was absolutely wonderful. We corresponded via e-mail and they both respond...ed immediately.!!! I would recommend him HIGHLY to everyone.My case ended positively , actually better than I anticipated. Morgan & Morgan is VERY fortunate to have him with their firm. When many would have given up, Henry and his team continued the fight for my WC case. His team made me feel like a part of Morgan and Morgan. We rejected the first offer and was prepared to take them to court. They settled the day before the trial. He didn't just represent me, he believed in my case ...and fought for me and my family. Mr. Mowry was assigned to my work comp case. He has failed on numerous contacts to respond to my medical complaints. He has failed on numerous written contacts to assist me in acquiring needed medical care. When he does reply, he tells me to do it myself. I ask him to call the insurance carrier attor...ney and he refuses. It is as if he has no interest in me as a person or client. I get the impression that for him it is just a numbers equation. Sign up clients, then do little or nothing for them. Doesn't seem to comprehend the information provided to him, or simply just doesn't care.
