About me

Charlie "Chuck" E. Farah is a partner at Farah & Farah with his brother and founding partner Eddie E. Farah. Chuck Farah is passionate about protecting the ordinary person who has suffered some form of injury from negligent parties and big corporations, as well as insurance companies that place their interests above those of the injured victim. Over the years, he has successfully helped several clients recover millions of dollars in compensation for injuries and damages caused by the careless or willful wrongdoing of another person or organization.

Chuck Farah studied at the University of Georgia and earned a B.A. degree from the University of North Florida. In 1990, Mr. Farah received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year.

He is also a member of the following esteemed organizations:

American Association of Justice

Jacksonville Bar Association

Florida Justice Association

Chuck Farah’s exceptional knowledge about the various issues that an injured accident victim must deal with makes him a valuable asset for our clients. He works closely with his clients to provide the personal attention and guidance an injured person or grieving family deserves. His primary focus is helping clients receive justice and get back on their feet despite the challenges presented by corporations and insurance companies.

In addition to protecting the rights of accident victims and consumers, Mr. Farah works with several charitable organizations in Jacksonville in order to give back to the community, such as Jacksonville Legal Aid, the “I’m a Star Foundation,” and The Community Rehabilitation Center, Inc. He helped found Farah’s Readers are Leaders, a program that helps students improve below level literacy skills in order to achieve a brighter future.

Chuck Farah and his wife enjoy family time, especially day trips walking around Florida's cities and towns. He is the head coach of his son's Pop Warner Football team in Jacksonville and enjoys the quiet of fishing in the area's Intracoastal Waterway.
