I reached out to Ms. Spires for help with a real estate issue, but the call felt more like an interrogation than a professional consultation. She was rude and short with me, and she didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. More importantly, when I asked direct questions about the law as it applies ...to my condo, I received very few concrete answers. I would suggest looking for an attorney who is more transparent and respectful of their clients' time.

I recently had a consultation with Attorney Ariel regarding a business mediation case. I had high hopes given her experience in the field, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the onset of our meeting, I noticed a lack of professionalism that was quite disconcerting. Arie...l arrived late to our scheduled appointment without prior notice or apology for the delay. This disrupted my schedule and set a negative tone for the rest of the meeting. During our discussion, I found that she seemed unprepared and lacked a firm grasp of the case matter. She frequently referred to her notes and seemed unsure about key details of the case. This lack of confidence was evident in her demeanor and how she presented potential mediation strategies. Furthermore, her communication style was not up to the mark. She often used legal jargon without taking the time to explain these terms, making it difficult for me to understand the implications of my case fully. I believe that an attorney should be able to communicate effectively with their clients, breaking down complex legal concepts into understandable language. Given these concerns, I felt seeking legal counsel elsewhere was in my best interest.

We hired Ariel to help litigate some complex real estate matters. She was the only lawyer we consulted with that was able to actually wrap her head around the issue we’re litigating and keep up. She also is professional but tough when you need her to be. I’ve sat in on some hearings and was really p...leased with her understanding and her representation to the judge. Definitely recommend her as a lawyer to have on your side and fight for you.

A few months ago, I consulted with Ariel about drafting a contract for my business. I needed a nondisclosure agreement for my employees. We set up a meeting to meet in person to go over the details. On the day of our meeting, she was late by 20 minutes. I did not appreciate her wasting my time. Duri...ng our meeting, I had lots of questions to ask, some specifics one, and Ariel was unable to answer some of them, which was frustrating. She kept saying, “I’ll have to look into it and get back to you.” Well, it took her over a week to respond to me, when she said she would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Because Ariel didn’t seem very professional in her line of work, I ended up going with another law firm.
