Charles Angelo Mancuso

Chuck Mancuso graduated from The Florida State University in 1984 with a degree in criminology and a certificate of law-enforcement. He graduated two years later with his juris doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law. The Florida Bar admitted Chuck when he was 24, and he immediately became an active civil trial attorney who at 27 was one of the youngest attorneys in the nation to successfully litigate a multiple wrongful death action for a recovery in excess of 2 million dollars. He litigated, for the plaintiff and defense, over 2,400 cases to completion in all Florida circuits and Florida federal districts. He became a Supreme Court certified mediator in 1994 and has participated in thousands of mediations. Throughout the state, Chuck is known for his preparation and perseverance in pursuing successful and innovative solutions. Chuck supports his community with commitment and enthusiasm. He actively participates in the Boy Scouts of America, the Knights of Columbus and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. Chuck has served in leadership positions in multiple national and international organizations. He is an active outdoorsman, a certified Dive Master and member of the Professional Association of Diving Instructors. He joined Upchurch Watson White & Max in 2013 and looks forward to serving as your mediator of choice.
