My case was an extremely sensitive due to the accusing parties wealth. Mr. Miller failed to even ask me my side of the story 7 and a 1/2 months into my case. When I demanded to meet with him, he refused to allow me to tell my side of the story and assumed I would agree to allowing my codefendant ...to take the heat. The accusations made against us were false and Mr. Miller refused to defend me as an innocent party. I would not recommend and will be complaining to the Florida bar.
