Kip did everything from beginning to end with my case he was absolutely amazing I never even had to step a foot into a court room while he was my lawyer he took care of all of that as well as got my charges dropped he's absolutely an amazing lawyer I have also recommended him to my bf who has a charg...e at this time and I am very confident that again kip will do everything he can to make my bf happy with the outcome . Kip and Kim his assistant were great. I hired him for my daughter for several cases. I have never in my life seen one man fight so hard for his client. He was on top of everything to do with her cases and we will be forever grateful to him. I have used other attorneys before him and I would never use... or recommend anyone but him. My case was an extremely sensitive due to the accusing parties wealth. Mr. Miller failed to even ask me my side of the story 7 and a 1/2 months into my case. When I demanded to meet with him, he refused to allow me to tell my side of the story and assumed I would agree to allowing my codefendant ...to take the heat. The accusations made against us were false and Mr. Miller refused to defend me as an innocent party. I would not recommend and will be complaining to the Florida bar.
