Disappointed in this lawyer!
After paying Mr. Hartley up front, I received very little representation, bad information and actually had to remind him of upcoming court dates. He failed to file proper paperwork and my case suffered greatly.

Replied last October 30, 2012If you call getting 21 of 22 counts dismissed and having the final count reduced to a civil fine disappointing then I submit that the issue may not be on my end. There was also never issues with timely and appropriate filings and the choice to "remind" me of upcoming hearings was unnecessary. Maybe you will have better luck with another attorney in the future.
