Joshua Richard Saxon

I retained Josh Saxon to represent me in a case where my girlfriend took my car and refused to give it back. I gave him 5 hundred dollars as a retainer in the case. After approximately 3 weeks he calls me to his office and hands me a copy of the title to my car which he obtained from the Florida DMV ...which l already had. I asked where would he proceed from there and he sarcastically said to me, "I don't chase cars". Well I don't think I have to say I was shocked that he would charge 5 hundred dollars for a copy of the title to my car that I already had and had no intention of legally going after her for my car.. This to me this is a fast buck lawyer or as we call them in New York an ambulance chaser. A lawyer like this should be disbarred and I will report him to the Florida Bar Association. He has no business representing honest hard working people. Apparently he goes after cases that are a sure thing and doesn't require much work or research. Never again, BEWARE

I hired Josh Saxon for my divorce. The communication with him felt like, I was a creditor. He was never around and would bill me all the time for communication with the apposing attorney. I talked to his assistant Cristy more than him, and would get billed at the same rate. I wish I would’ve hired a... different attorney in his firm. He would constantly force me to take deals that I was not happy with. I felt like I could’ve done a better job without his help. his years of litigation would say the right lines, but they were not right for me and my family.
