Biography
Joseph L. Boles, Jr. moved to St. Augustine with his parents in 1967. A native of North Carolina, he attended the University of Florida after graduating from St. Augustine High School in 1970. He initially obtained a Bachelor of Design and Advertising Design from the University of Florida, going on to also receive his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. He was admitted to practice in the fall of 1984 and his areas of interest are Elder law, Asset Protection, Medicaid Eligibilty, Estates and Trusts. He is married to Jane Reynolds Boles and they have 7 children between them: Hayley, Molly, and Kirby Boles and Kara, Willie, Emily and Bridey Masson.

Joe Boles is a Liar as is the rest of his staff Joe Boles and his staff never returned my property which was worth $40,000. Then they all lied to the Florida Bar at which time I proved they lied three times. If you revered hired this firm l would suggest you review everything closely.

Mr. Boles is unprofessional
Mr.Boles was the trustee of my deceased mother's estate. He failed to communicate with me and my sister and chose only to communicate with my(estranged) brother to the financial detriment of me and my sister. He was paid approximately $25,000 and did not do his job. I recommend that you don't hire...
