A perfect legal experience.

After hiring an incompetent lawyer, that took my money me, Bradley took the case and helped navigating through the legal system and help keep my son from going to prison for something that didn’t warrant that level of punishment. My only regret is not having Bradley in the very beginning. He made... me feel relaxed and he kept me informed throughout the process.. My son felt a sense of relief having Bradley working with us.

Very appreciative of Mr. Waldrop

Mr. Waldrop is an outstanding Attorney and a very understanding individual. I could not have asked for a better attorney. His guidance could not have been more helpful as he answered any and all questions that I had regarding my case. I sincerely appreciate all of the help and professionalism shown b...y Mr. Waldrop and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his assistance. He really eased my mind through my entire process and for that I couldn't be any more grateful.

Great Attorney

In October 2014, I made an error in judgment, which would later prove to be a hard lesson learned in life. I was at an eating establishment, which also sold alcoholic beverages. I had been working all day and part of the night and wanted to take time to relax and enjoy a bite to eat and get a drink. ...I sat at the bar area of the restaurant and I later learned the bartender was also the owner of the establishment. I ordered my food and the bartender and I engaged in pleasant conversation. I had a couple of drinks and the bartender advised me that the place closed at 10:00pm, which was just a few minutes away. He then asked me to come to his house for a night cap. He said his house was just a couple of miles down the road, which was close to where I was staying. I accepted and within a few minutes we left. We arrived at his house and was greeted by his girlfriend, who was holding their infant child. She left the room and he fixed me a drink. I drank part of the drink and felt dizzy. I felt as if the drink had been drugged. I said something to him about putting drugs in my drink and he became angry. Next thing I know he had a gun in his hand screaming at me. I was able to call 911 from my cell phone because the emergency phone number is on the front of my phone. I was in fear for my life and knew I had to leave the residence. I exited the house and made it to my vehicle parked out front. To get out of harm's way I drove about a quarter of a mile down the road and parked in an empty parking spot in a Park. I was there for only a few minutes when police officers arrived. I tried to explain to them what had happened. The officers arrested me and placed me in jail for driving under the influence. The next day I was released on bail. I made contact with Taylor and Taylor Attorneys in St. Augustine, Florida and advised them of the situation. I felt I was the victim in this scenario and had been wrongly arrested. I later met with Attorney Bradley Waldrop and relayed to him as much detail of the incident as I could remember. Attorney Waldrop advised me in detail of the course of action he would like to take. My case eventually went to court before a judge and a panel of jurors. The jurors rendered a verdict of not guilty. Attorney Waldrop worked hard on my case because he has a true passion for justice. He is knowledgeable about the law and diligent in pursuing the truth. I hope to never find myself in a position to need an attorney, but if so, I will definitely contact Attorney Waldrop. One never knows what circumstances may arise that will require the expertise of an attorney. If you do, please contact the law firm of Taylor and Taylor and ask for the best, Attorney Bradley Waldrop.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
