Will get you the best possible outcome
I have used Malcolm Anthony twice in the last 8 years and in both cases, I was very pleased with the outcome. Both situations were DUI arrest and both cases were dropped to wreckless, a much better situation. he picks apart the case and pays attention to all the details - which makes a big differen...

Poor results
Couldn’t help with a simple speeding ticket. Would have been way cheaper and less time Consuming to pay it. I’m not sure if the good reviews on here are real.
Dear "Anonymous", since I have no idea who you are or why you would post such a negative review, I can only address it by saying that simple speeding ticket judgments are up to the judge after hearing the evidence or after reviewing a driver's record. Only the judge can determine the sanction, fines, suspensions, etc. May I suggest that your disappointment is with the traffic court judge, not the performance of our office? I assure you that if you were a client as you say, I appeared on your behalf and handled the matter as directed by you with the utmost professional and effective legal acumen honed by 40 years of practice. Any judgment or sanctions against you were a product of your driving record and the court's conclusions about the evidence, not mine. And as to your gratuitous conjecture doubting the authenticity of these reviews - such an assertion is unfounded and patently untrue. I have neither the time nor desire to falsify reviews.

Salesman Not Lawyer
From the beginning he said the second DUI is the easiest punishment. Which should have told me that he was looking to plea. Claiming the second dui has the easiest punishments. Did not talk to him for 3 of the 6 months that I hired him. Then the last month he finally filed a motion and had my hopes u...
Dear Brandon, thank you for taking the time to review our firm. As a well-respected firm for over 35 years, we value our client’s opinions and concerns and want each client’s expectations to be exceeded. As I read your comments, I am concerned there may have been some misunderstanding between us which has led to your frustration. In our practice, criminal defense, every client, including you, always determines whether to go to trial or to plead, and is provided with all the evidence including video evidence as was done in your case in order to make an informed decision with our advice honed from over 35 years and hundreds of jury trials. We stand by each client’s decision, ready to go to trial. Each client, including yourself, when entering a plea must swear in open court: “My attorney and I have discussed all aspects of this case. My attorney thoroughly explained the charges against me…and answered all my questions. I am satisfied with the services of my attorney in this case and my attorney has done everything that I requested of my attorney in assisting me.” Each client, including yourself, has access to me by mobile number as well as the office number so that there is always open communication. As to the motion, it was not only filed, but we were successful and thereby won suppression of some of the evidence against you via the motion. Please contact us directly to review the matter and discuss your concerns. Please be advised the plea can be withdrawn within 30 days of its entry.
"I endorse Malcolm whole-heartedly in the area of criminal defense. As a former prosecutor and now defense attorney, he knows exactly how the system works and he will go the extra mile for his clients. I, particularly, recommend him for DUI charges and clearing up driving records because he is one of the few lawyers in the greater Jacksonville area that truly understands the intricacies fixing any and all driver license issues."
"I endorse this lawyer. Malcolm is a fantastic attorney. I have sent him numerous cases in the counties of his practice. He is professional, ethical and is a great lawyer. I highly recommend him if you or one of your loved ones has a pending criminal matter."
"Criminal defense can drive anyone nuts! And it takes an extraordinary talent to understand and then properly handle disputes involving criminal defense laws. You need someone who is remarkably smart and adept at understanding the in's and out's of the laws that most lawyers hate to deal with as much as the average person does too. With praise from his clients and attorneys who know here, along with his dozens and dozens of well written published answers to questions at Avvo.com, you can tell he knows the law and how to deal with it. If you have a question about criminal defense, he is your answer. Period. I recommend him to you."
"Without hesitation, I recommend Malcolm. He is an excellent lawyer and person. Do not hesitate to call on him if legal trouble finds you."
