Malcolm was impressive and very professional throughout my legal ordeal. I have complete trust and faith in him. His staff was on top of their game communicating and providing valuable information during the process. Jenny is priceless! Together they make an outstanding team which is comforting ...in seemingly less than desirable conditions. Malcolm handled my situation, all was dismissed. Additionally, I was provided with an education in the process of legal affairs. I highly recommend his services.

I have hired Malcolm for all my legal needs in Florida, and believe me I've had my fair share. I came to Malcolm with a major problem. I only had one shot at hiring a good lawyer. My money was limited and my charges were serious. I had tried to find a cheap lawyer in St. Augustine and ended up wa...sting $2500 because I was mislead about his ability to handle the case and lied to about the overall price. When I told Malcolm about this he fixed EVERYTHING! He even took $2500 OFF OF MY BILL! It wasn't his fault that this guy was dishonest and unprofessional, but he felt responsible, as a fellow doctor of law, to make things right. It only got better from there...I was charged with felony home invasion, robbery and assualt. Malcolm got all of the charges dropped and even made sure I graduated from college before I stepped foot in the court room. i woulld have been thrown out of school in my senior year if it wasn't for him. Next I was charged with a DUI. It was my third DUI charge so the penalties were steep to say the least. I was in danger of losing my license FOREVER and doing some serious time in jail. Instead, because i chose Malcolm, I didnt lose my license for even one day. Once again the charges were dropped and I was on my way with no problems! I was truely amazed. I am forever a fan of Malcolm Anthony and will hire him for all my legal needs in florida without a second thought. I literally trust him with my life. And i can't end this without mentioning the excellent customer service and updates on my case provided by his assitant Jenny. She is AWESOME and will never let you down in a jam. This is a full service professtinoal law firm that takes you in like family when you walk in the door. Everything is personal and you recieve their full attention as a client and as a human being in need. I would be in jail right now if it wasnt for them. Instead im on my way to Grad school to follow my dreams. I can't thank them enough. Dont trust just any one with your legal needs. Go for the sure thing....MALCOLM ANOTHONY. He is the man.

Terrible attorney! I hired him twice in one year 2010. The first time paying around $1000 to avoid a suspension. Malcolm spent no time discussing or meeting with me on this matter. Specifically which tickets he would go after to have those points removed to prevent the suspension. He chose how to ha...ndle the matter, what ticket to have points removed, and did not do the job he was hired to do. He did prevent a 6 month suspension, but less than 6 months later I faced a 30 day suspension, because he chose an easy ticket to get the points removed on. Not one I would have had him go after, since those points were about to fall off anyway. Malcolm simply dealt with the matter two quickly, no personal service, and did not handle it properly to ensure no points suspension. Later that year, before the points suspension, I hired him again, paying $50 to have him represent me in court. Usually I go myself and plea no contest, as I have MANY times before. Which is what Malcolm did on my behalf for $50. However unlike I have ever seen before, Malcolm got the fine increased and I was ordered to go to traffic school. Not sure why I hired him at all, just wasted $50 and had my fine increased. I would NOT recommend his services at all. This attorney is in bed with the legal system. Malcolm told me he had some of the judges at his home for a party the weekend before I retained him to avoid a points suspension. Furthermore in both cases the outcome was less than desirable, no discussions on other cases. Just an all around bad attorney. Save the $50 and go to court and plea no contest yourself. If you are facing a point suspension, hire someone else who will take their time and make sure the job is done correctly the first time! Even worse I tried to take another matter to him recently to redeem himself from past mistakes, and I was referred to another law firm. What a joke, they do a horrible job, and then decline to work for you again to make up for any mistakes. No wonder attorneys get a bad name and reputation. I have hired MANY attorneys over the years, mostly in California. I have never had such poor service or as little communication with any other attorney in my life.
