Kendal Ann Schoepfer

Mrs. Schoepfer has enjoyed practicing many different areas of law since beginning her career in 2010. For the majority of her practice, she has helped clients in the areas of guardianship, adoption, name change, probate, contract review, contract drafting, bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, estate planning, debt settlement negotiation and other debt related matters. More recently, Mrs. Schoepfer has gained experience in the area of business and healthcare law, but is currently focusing her practice on Probate Administration, Guardianship matters and Estate Planning. When not practicing, Mrs. Schoepfer enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Attorney Schoepfer began gaining valuable legal experience while in law school while working in the Consumer Law Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern.  While in the Consumer Law Clinic, she had the opportunity of handling a variety of cases including foreclosure, debt collection, and quiet title actions.  Her consumer law experience continued throughout law school with a Judicial Externship in St. John’s County Florida, where she worked directly with Judge J. Michael Traynor.
