I contacted Paul because I was trying to negotiate a commercial lease, and I was not getting anywhere on my own. I am involved in a very unusual tenant eviction case, it involves a complicated probate that was not executed correctly, as well as a foreclosure and my lease, is executed forged between a deceased owner - who was deceased at the time of exection.
