Eviction - Tenant Inquire - Excellent Response Spent time to discuss my case!
I am involved in a very unusual tenant eviction case, it involves a complicated probate that was not executed correctly, as well as a foreclosure and my lease, is executed forged between a deceased owner - who was deceased at the time of exection.
I have called & spoken with many Rude attornies in the Flager Country area this week, one wanted $35K - didn't even ask to know details, another wanted $3,500 to even discuss the case.
Paul took an hour, reviewing probate documents, foreclosure documents, and my eviction summons & offered many options, advice, and counsel on issues with all cases involved in the eviction, as it was not just a simple I didn't pay rent!
The rates provided were more than reasonable & I strongly recommend him!
