I wish I could give a lower rating. If you are considering bankruptcy, please do NOT use this office for anything. They are unorganized and unprofessional. We hired Tony to look into bankruptcy options for my wife and me. Tony and Nancy rushed us for the $5,000 payment and took over two weeks to ...give us the starting paperwork to know what information they needed. We never signed any agreement or retainer and we had to call or e-mail every day to get information about what they needed (Also because they take their time responding). Nothing was clear from the start, and when you called and emailed to ask questions, Nancy and Tony became agitated and angry. They didn't want us as clients anymore because WE ASKED TOO MANY QUESTIONS! It's really ridiculous on so many levels. He and the office don't provide you with the necessary information on what is needed for them to get the process going, and then they get upset when you ask questions regarding what is needed. The icing on the cake was, after parting ways, the office still is trying to charge us over $1,600 for their "time." When you hire a bankruptcy attorney, you hire them for the job, not hourly. They got frustrated with questions and now want to try and charge their clients for their "time." LOL, I guess the joke is on them because they won't see that money, or at the very least, we won't be paying for it. WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!

This attorney wants all money up front. My husband had made payment arrangements at the beginning like a week ago and we had something happen and we needed to split up a different way. His paralegal was so rude did not even border on professional. If you are having money problems find an attorney ...that is not all about the money. Find one that truly cares because this man does not.
