Replied last October 9, 2019This case was taken at a significantly reduced rate as a favor to a mutual friend. This client expected that the favor would include a free trial which he knew from the beginning was not possible. For months the client was made aware that trial would be an additional expense and the client decided to wait until the last minute to inform us they did not want to proceed to pay any funds for trial.
