My firm appreciates your interest and we welcome the opportunity to meet and talk to you without any obligation about legal questions you may have. I have been practicing law in the Columbus and Phenix City area for over 30 years having handled injury cases in both states for many yeras. I have been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Trial Lawyer and maintain my AV rating with Martindale Hubble/ . Having handled cases for so long i have learned a lot about our community and the law and I am a firm believer that a strong foundation in life and in presented cases is necessary to succeed. Our goal to get your case started correctly from the begnning with a clear understanding of the issues- including providing help getting the proper medical care, dealing with property damage issues and establishing facts needed to achieve a just result.
