Robert S. Poydasheff
Rob is a native of Columbus, Georgia and attended and graduated from Brookstone School. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 1983, and was admitted to the University of Georgia’s Lumpkin School of Law. In 1986 he graduated with his Juris Doctor.
Following law school, Rob began his legal career in the United States Army as a JAG officer. There he held various positions from Family Law Officer to Trial Defense Services. After leaving the JAG Corp, Rob returned to Columbus, Georgia.
Mr. Poydasheff is a successful litigator who has received numerous, notable verdicts and settlements for his clients in various jurisdictions in Georgia, including Columbus and Atlanta. Rob believes not only in zealously representing his client’s interests, but also that his clients deserve open and honest communication so that he or she understands exactly what is happening with their case.
In addition to practicing law, Rob is active in the community and has held various positions on numerous boards. He is presently the public defender for the Muscogee County Juvenile Drug Court.
Rob is married and has three children.
