Hired Amy Walters for a custody case that she accepted. She later expressed it was no way I would win. What lawyer does that and why did she accept the case if she knew I couldn't win custody. She completely flipped and was very rude and arrogant. When I didnt go along with her recommendations she w...ithdrew as councel 2 weeks before the court hearing. I only wanted my case to be heard by the judge. I'm paying her so I don't have the right to make my own decisions? She also took half of my money and didnt do anything I couldn't have done myself. A complete nightmare! Shes a low down and dirty lawyer!

Amy is one of the worst attorneys I’ve ever done business with. She doesn’t stay in contact with her clients I never received one bill from her but she kept my entire retainer she requested I called her over 100 times on6 months sent her 87 emails I talked to her secretary she assured me she’s was ge...tting all of our messages we never seen it heard froM her again until we went to court after she told us she was on our side fir our granddaughter she testified to the judge differently I can only pray no one else uses her and I feel completely horrified for anyone appearing in front of her as a judge

This so called Attorney told me that my case would be fairly simple because my child was of age to choose where he wanted to live. During this process, I got a very well paid job working a few hours from home and she said that I needed to come home and do paper work. Thought it would be fairly easy. ...Well, this women refused to write any notice to for my job so I was then fired. She said that she would not excuse me from work even though she told me to come home. She then refused to have or child sign the affidavit forms because it wasn't her job. She refused to keep in contact with me. I would never recommend her to anyone. She is liar and a cheat.
