Excellent!
My husband and I worked with Todd to draft our Estate Planning documents. Throughout the process Todd was very helpful, responding to all of our questions and updating our documents as needed. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I would definitely recommend Todd and would not hesitate to work with him again!

Validity of a Will
Mr. Silvis replied to my email in a quick and professional manner. My brother passed but his will was signed by him but not notarized by 2 witnesses. I provided him with specific details about the scenario. He recommended we probate the will and let the judge decide the validity of the will. I would have used him but his office is not in my brother’s county but I’m grateful he replied to my email so I know how to move forward on my brother’s estate.

I recommend using Todd Silvas for your Estate Planning!!!!
I highly recommend Todd Silvas!!! He asked great questions during our initial phone meeting and provided draft documents very quickly for my review prior to even coming in to his office!!!! WOW! Todd Silvas was able to put legal terms in to terms I could understand! He spent as much time with me as I needed to make feel comfortable with the decisions and choices I made with my Estate Planning. There is no doubt I will continue to solicit the aid of Todd Silvas when additional legal needs arise in my life. He was great!
