Biography
Victoria Tamayo Seabol is a veterans disability attorney dedicated to helping veterans and their families obtain the VA benefits they have earned through service.
A Florida native, Victoria graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University before earning her J.D., also cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she participated in the Veterans Advocacy Clinic, completed a federal judicial externship with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.
Today, Victoria represents veterans nationwide before the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Board of Veterans' Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She has represented hundreds of veterans in cases involving PTSD, traumatic brain injury, sleep apnea, orthopedic conditions, toxic exposure, and other complex disability claims. She is particularly skilled at identifying effective date errors and developing creative legal arguments to maximize the benefits her clients deserve.

Victoria is a Godsend
I had been denied (ANY) VA benefits since my discharge in 1986. I finally got a VSO to file a service connected disability claim 9 years ago that the VA rubber stamp denied over and over. I had never thought about hiring an attorney as I just figured I would never get anything out of the VA regardles...

Ending 10 years of VA beauacrcy
