A Florida native, Victoria graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University before earning her J.D., also cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.

She has represented hundreds of veterans in cases involving PTSD, traumatic brain injury, sleep apnea, orthopedic conditions, toxic exposure, and other complex disability claims.
