Jason Banks Moon

I am currently in the middle of a DFCS case in which they took my 13 & 15 year olds from me. This has been going on for about 9 months and I havent been able to afford an attorney. When I figured out how I could get some money I started looking for someone to help me. I was very nervous and intimidat...ed. Most lawyers I spoke with wouldn't take my case because it's against DFCS. Some I spoke with were just judgemental and hurtful. We went to court today and even with such short notice he was able to get me unsupervised visits with my kids! We go back in a month and I am hoping to get them back home for good. Jason is very honest and straight forward. He has a good rapport with others in the courtroom. He has an extensive knowledge of the law. Most of all despite already having 3 other hearings today he made a way to be at mine. I am very thankful I found a lawyer that not only works hard for his clients, but also genuinely wants what is best for them and cares about them. We haven't went to court yet. But jason has been very good to me an my daughter who I feel like is away for false imprisonment. It was self defense an at the time couldnt afford a lawyer an public defender horribly let us down. So we are praying for the best an I feel like jason moon was the right p...ick.
