Great lawyer that cares about his clients!

I am currently in the middle of a DFCS case in which they took my 13 & 15 year olds from me. This has been going on for about 9 months and I havent been able to afford an attorney. When I figured out how I could get some money I started looking for someone to help me. I was very nervous and intimidat...ed. Most lawyers I spoke with wouldn't take my case because it's against DFCS. Some I spoke with were just judgemental and hurtful. When I called Jason's office and they told me he would take the case I was relieved and scheduled a consultation. When I went in everyone in the office was extremely nice. I never felt like Jason was judging me and he talked to me like an equal not down to me. I left feeling hopeful. It took a bit to get the money and I called back on Monday to ask if he would still take my case. They said yes. So I went on Tuesday to talk with him and told him my court date was Thursday. His staff took all my paperwork and made copies and answered my questions. Jason reassured me and told me not to worry. We went to court today and even with such short notice he was able to get me unsupervised visits with my kids! We go back in a month and I am hoping to get them back home for good. Jason is very honest and straight forward. He has a good rapport with others in the courtroom. He has an extensive knowledge of the law. Most of all despite already having 3 other hearings today he made a way to be at mine. I am very thankful I found a lawyer that not only works hard for his clients, but also genuinely wants what is best for them and cares about them. Anyone looking for a lawyer that will fight for them, I highly recommend Jason Moon. He is a great lawyer and a wonderful person.

Proactive, prepared, and dependable

Jason helped put me on a strong legal footing to handle a custody and divorce issue I was facing. He helped me see which steps to take and not take that would give me the strongest case possible. I heartily recommend Jason Moon to anyone who may be in need of his services.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
