Mr. Council is amazing. My husband and I hired him to deal with my husband's custody case. He was able to get my husband emergency temp custody within like 2 weeks, and the regular temporary custody order by the following month. But, with covid and all it has been taking a bit longer for Mr. Council ...to get the final hearing. But Ms. Cynthia has been doing a wonderful job with keeping us updated and letting us know what's going on.

My sister and I hired Attorney Council to handle our father's estate. During what was the darkest time in our lives, he really gave us direction and handled our case with professionalism and efficiency. I would hire him for any business we conduct in GA or any cases we may have going forward in the ...GA area.

I have not only stood before Judge Council as an Animal Control Officer but also used as an attorney. I would say, James Council has integrity and is very honest. Sometime people want to hear their right and want things to go their way... the law doesn't allow us to always win. This man may be good at handling divorces or car accidents but criminal cases please stay away from this man. Other attorneys in the area seem to think he is a bad attorney and should not be representing anyone in criminal cases. Please stay away from this man, he is not good. Talk with other attorne...ys in the area they will tell you the same thing.
