I hired this lawyer to do a child sustody case for me and she does not fight for what you want. Took her weeks to call back after I emailed her to call me. Misty has been our family lawyer since early 2015. She won my husband custody (almost impossible to do in the South). When he passed away, she won me visitation rights to my two stepchildren. I have her on retainer for future issues that come up with my kids birth mom. She has been there for us throu...gh so much and through my husband's death. She's watched my kids grow up and I know how invested she is in my children, their safety and their happiness.

I hired Misty to help my son and daughter in jail my son was arrested for something he had no idea about and I hired her to get him off he's been in Jail going on 9 months now and she has only went and talk to him one time took him for a bond one time and refuses to go for another bond hearing and ha...s said two other times she was going to see him and never went .she's never in her office never answers phone and does not respond to emails for at least two to three weeks and won't do anything we ask .I finally told her how I felt about her not doing anything else and now she refused to even talk to me even at her office if I luck up and she's there she won't come out and talk with me she sends her secretary instead.shes not a very good lawyer in my eyes .the state board needs to know about her and I think I should let them know .
