I hired this lawyer to do a child sustody case for me and she does not fight for what you want. Took her weeks to call back after I emailed her to call me. Did not do what she was paid to do in court. If you hire her you will be waisting your money. My papers are still not filed in the court to be fi...nal and it's been two months..

I hired Misty to help my son and daughter in jail my son was arrested for something he had no idea about and I hired her to get him off he's been in Jail going on 9 months now and she has only went and talk to him one time took him for a bond one time and refuses to go for another bond hearing and ha...s said two other times she was going to see him and never went .she's never in her office never answers phone and does not respond to emails for at least two to three weeks and won't do anything we ask .I finally told her how I felt about her not doing anything else and now she refused to even talk to me even at her office if I luck up and she's there she won't come out and talk with me she sends her secretary instead.shes not a very good lawyer in my eyes .the state board needs to know about her and I think I should let them know .

I decided to take Misty as my attorney to obtain legal status of my two children. Misty was aware that I was being deployed where she gave me the confidence that she would keep in contact with me periodically. However, since I've been down range she's never in the office to take my calls and my issur...es. It's not like I can call Misty all the time being out here in Afghanistan. So, I try to communicate with her via email. It took her about 2 weeks to return my email. When I finally got my documents inregards to what I requested the documents stated nothing I requested. I feel Misty is handling my case very poorly.
