Biography
I have been practicing law since 2004, and take pride in making sure my clients are not only well represented, but also well informed of what actions I am taking on their behalf. Over the years, I've developed a specialty in civil litigation, mainly in automobile accidents, business disputes, and litigation arising out of estate administration. As a former prosecutor, I have represented hundreds of clients with speeding and other traffic citations, as well as other misdemeanor and felony criminal charges. Having had the experience of dealing first hand with disputes arising out of business disputes and estate administration, I assist business clients as outside general counsel, and work with individuals to develop estate plans to hopefully avoid costly and time consuming litigation in the future. I am certified as both a mediator and arbitrator, and enjoy the ability to help people resolve their disputes. I am thankfully and unapologetically a Christian. That does not mean I am perfect, but means that I believe that one should treat others the way he or she wants to be treated.

Top of the line attorney
I reside in Florida, but Mr Pollette,is the best attorney.If I need advice, I still email him, and he responds. If I resided in Georgia,or had a legal issue in Georgia,this is the attorney I would have,no doubt.Best attorney.

Wrong info and didn't call back
