Wrong info and didn't call back

When I called here I asked specific questions about procedure and was told that it was unavoidable that I would have to appear in court and/or sit some jail time. They gave me an exorbitant fee quote and then did not return my call the next day to clarify some issues. I called a DIFFERENT attorn...ey's office and that assistant asked me where I got that info that I would have to come in and do jail time. She said that's what you hire an attorney for - so you don't have to appear in court or do jail time. She said the info given to me by THIS law firm was just plain WRONG. The other firm's fee was also HALF what they tried to charge me here. I decided to go with the other attorney. The info they give you here is wrong and they don't call you back.

Creation of Will

I approached the law office of Mr. J. Keith Pollette in regards to drafting a will. His office staff was prompt in scheduling an appointment at the earliest convenience, at which time I met with Mr. J. Keith Pollette. I had many concerns about drafting a will, with respect to my family, assets, and... properties, etc., and Mr. J. Keith Pollette was thorough in explaining what needed to be done to protect my family and property in the event something were to happen to me. I left his consultation feeling very confident in the action we had taken, and have full confidence in Mr. J. Keith Pollette in any future legal matters.
