I paid for his services November 25, 2020 and yet to receive the documents I paid for. I asked for my refund a week ago, even being fair and accepting half of my payment back and Mr. Turner has yet to refund me. At this point I will be taking the appropriate course of action in regards to his practic...e. I would highly recommend against retaining Joey Turners service.

My horror story sounds a lot like the rest of these reviews. Hired him January 2020 and fired him March 2021. In that time the only thing he did for my case was send one email. He will take your money. He will miss your court dates. He will lie about the work he is doing on your case. He will ignore ...your calls and miss appointments. Then, when you fire him, he will promise you a refund you will never get, block your calls, and hold your court file hostage so it makes it harder for you to move on. I paid him $4000 and got nothing out of deal! I see a lot of you mentioned the GA bar...that was my first route, but the supreme court decided not to would reprimand him for his behavior. They said I did not have enough proof. But they did say their decision does not stop any legal actions I choose to bring against Joey. My suggestion would be for you all to PLEASE PLEASE still file a grievance with the GA state bar. The more they hear his name, the more they will become aware of his behavior. Just go to the state bar website/For the public/File a complaint/Grievance. If you need help you can also call them 404-527-8759 or contact me. I haired this man last year in September for a case he said would take less than 90 days fast forward to today he has done nothing he said he would ive left literally over 100 messages over the past 4 months no call back at all can never reach him but he will give you a consult after you pay him that...'s it I am a Marine and I serve my country so home being busy for months at a time is no excuse do not ignore the bad reviews you can clearly see a trend with them please don't waste your time and money on this man you'll thank me later
