Experience is the key when it comes to criminal law. I handle everything from traffic tickets to felony drug crimes, assault and battery, DUI and more.
I have served as both an Assistant District Attorney and a Public Defender for Liberty County, Georgia, and I am an active member of the Chatham County DUI court team. The knowledge I have from both sides of the courtroom gives me a tremendous advantage in crafting effective defense strategies.
Since founding my law firm in 2014, I have handled a number of high-profile cases. One notable case was the hatchet murder in Hinesville, in which I defended a client accused of double homicide.
I am a sole practitioner and ensure my clients get one-on-one attention. I personally answer the phone, listen to concerns, answer questions and address clients’ needs. In addition, the small size of my practice means I keep my fees reasonable.

Very satisfied
He is a great guy to have on your side he got my dui dropped to reckless driving and my speeding ticket dropped down 6 mph so I didn’t get anymore points on my license I recommend him to anybody very honest and straight forward

Public intoxication and obstruction

He is a great lawyer. He worked for me and I didn't bend over backwards to try to get anything done, he handled everything really well. I would recommend anyone who got charged with a DUI to Mr. Patel. He dropped my DUI to reckless driving.
