Amit-Michael Navare

Amit- Michael Navare graduated from The Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and was admitted to the bar in 2003. In 2007 he founded Navare Law Offices and began working as a solo practitioner. Although Mr. Navare does practice some personal injury and civil law, his primary practice focus is in the area of criminal defense matters, from serious felonies and drug cases to city ordinance violations and all matters in between.

Since law school Mr. Navare has been trained in the art of DUI defense and the related motor vehicle licensure issues that go with it. Mr. Navare focuses on finding Non-dui resolutions to such cases through the use of intensive investigations, pretrial motions and other creative avenues. Since 2003, Mr. Navare has been a member of DODD (Defense of Drinking Drivers, founded in 1992), a specialized group of DUI attorney’s that share resources and are passionate about helping their clients. Additionally he has been trained in the administration of Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.

Mr. Navare defends his clients rights vigorously making every effort to achieve the best possible results for his clients. He will assess a client’s case fairly and honestly so that his client’s understand ALL of the facets of his or her case and can assist in making intelligent and informed decisions.
