I thought the attorney works for the client. I requested that she fax a requested document on my behalf to a third party. At first, she acted as though she would by asking me to send her the document. After a while, I never heard back from her. I had to reach out to her to follow up on the docume...nt. She told me that she didn't think it was in my best interest to send the document to the third party. I insisted. She stated that she was not going to do it and is going to leave it up to me to send it. The best attorney ever....NOT!

I don’t know how anyone could not be pleased with this attorney. She explained everything to me and let me know what to expect. She returned my calls, emailed me, and even allowed me to text her on her personal cell phone when I had questions. My case was handled well and everything she told me she ...would file was filed. I would definitely hire her again if I ever needed an attorney.

I hired Stacey Nestor to file Ch.7 Bankruptcy. I paid her everything in full she seemed to be so sweet the first time we met, but I was sadly mistaken... I had the worst experience ever dealing with Ms. Nestor. I had to stay on her to go ahead and file the bankruptcy after I had already paid her in f...ull. She took two weeks to file after I paid her. Then she told me that because I paid in full, I would not have to pay for the credit courses because it was included in my fee. Soon after we went to court, she cut all communication off with me! She NEVER returned my phone calls or messages. My case was in jeopardy of being thrown out due to her not submitting my second credit course certificate. So I had to pay an additional $30 because she didn't do what she was supposed to do (what I had already paid her for in the total cost of filing). I would not recommend Stacey Nestor to ANYONE!!!
