I hired this man for the Reconsideration Level of my Social Security case. I lost that level of my case due to the fact that Emmett Goodman did not have the skills, competency or common sense to submit the medical records I sent him and he did not even request medical records. He even told me in an e...mail that I do not need to collect my medical records and submit them. I lost the Reconsideration stage and the reason SSA gave, was "No new medical evidence received." When I went on to win without a lawyer this man wanted to be paid. All this man submitted to SS was 25 pages of garbage for him to be paid and my 5 page appeal, which he couldn't even complete correctly. In his bill, he tried adding over a years worth of time before he was even hired. This man is unethical, and lacks the skills, competence and common sense to properly represent anybody in a Social Security case! What real lawyer doesn't submit medical records in a medical disability case? He wrote that SS would have all the records by the Hearing level. He was only hired for the Reconsideration Level. He was clearly trying to drag out my case so he could be paid more. Do not hire this lawyer for Social Security, you will be better off on your own. When I appealed his dishonest, unethical bill for absolutely no service, the Judge agreed and paid him less than a third of what he was trying to receive. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN FOR A SOCIAL SECURITY CASE!!!! I am reporting him to the GA Bar Association, ABA, and the Ethics Board because nobody else should be falsely represented by this man when they are fighting for their life in a SS Disability case.
